i will wear this white ribbon in honour because i know the pain that a woman goes through in the hands of a man who is a spouse, a boyfriend or whatever. I support the men who are helping us women to end this abuse.
i will wear this blue ribbon in honour because i have been a victim of child abuse. The stigma that remains, the scars that are deeply entrenched in your hurt are ones that one cannot erase. I am there to support those who have survived and grief with those who have died in this abuse.
i will wear this ribbon in honour of friends who have survived and lived to tell the tale and there those who have been unfortunate not to live.
i will wear this ribbon in honour of those have been courageous enough to live and live life to the fullest. I give them the fullest support with my love and for those who died.
