Why am i asking this?
Recently, i attended my pals wedding. She was a class behind in high school and funny enough i have kept in touch with most of my friends from high school. Back then we were a ka-small community and everyone knew everyone. Even though the most i do not kumbuka their names, its funny how when you meet on the road you wave and all. In this particular state, my buddies have changed alot, they came with their husbands (im getting there), their babies (coming soon), their boyfriends and their fiances. Career women they have become. Some have changed others have not. Some have become ladies and others more ladylike and 90% of them are in the Army. Either the blues (airforce), whites (navy) or the reds (kenya army). I guess its coz of the school we went to. Could have been an influence. Not that sijatry, i tried and I did not pass for the recruitment. But im not giving up hope. I will be joining as a specialist, which will mean 3 months of training instead of the grueling 9 months.
Its funny how also those one that you were not close too, become close friends when you chomoka from school. And the ones that you were close to become strangers.
Funny how all over sudden the saved ones become the opposites when they chomoka from school and the kurutus become the saved ones.
Funny how the people who thought are loosers are the ones having it great in life and the the ones whom you thought will have it great become loosers after school.
Share some thoughts and experiences on this.
I have been recently in contact with several pals from high school and primo through graduates.com and it is interesting to see how peeps have changed
totally agree with you
I totally agree with you on the ones that you thought would have a great life actually turned out to be the losers. Sometimes Karma plays cruel jokes. Nice post.
